스웨덴건설노조는 정기대의원대회(6.14-18)를 통해 한국정부의 건설노조 탄압 내용과 대구경북지역건설노동조합의 투쟁소식을 대의원에게 알리고 한국정부가 국제노동기구(ILO) 권고안을 따를 것을 촉구했다.
이어 대의원대회 특별결의문을 통해 건설산업연맹의 투쟁과 대구경북건설노동조합에 가해지고 있는 지도부 체포영장과 구속노동자 석방을 요구했다.

Resolution to Support the Korean Federation of Construction Industry Trades Union
건설산업연맹 지지 결의문
Whereas, since1999 BYGGNADS along with SIF has supported the Korean Federation of Construction Industry Trades Union through a Trade Union Development and Education Project administered by the Building and Wood Workers International.
스웨덴노총(SIF) 산하 스웨덴건설목공노련(BYGGNADS)는 SIF와 함께 1999년부터 국제건설목공노련(BWI)의 총괄하에 진행된 노동조합 발전과 교육 프로젝트를 통해 건설산업연맹을 지원해왔다.
Whereas, through this Project, the KFCITU conducted a series of trainings, workshops, and seminars for union organizers, leaders, delegates, and members resulting in the union developing and implementing organizing campaigns, establishing and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and site agreements.
이러한 프로젝트를 통해 한국의 건설산업연맹은 노동조합의 조직가 및 간부, 임원, 그리고 조합원들에 대한 일련의 교육과 워크샵, 세미나 등을 수행하여 왔으며, 그 결과 조직화 사업을 통한 노동조합 조직 확대와 단체협약 및 현장협약들을 체결하는 성과를 이루어 냈다.
Whereas, despite the incredible strides the KFCITU has achieved in terms of recruiting and organizing workers in the construction industryand advocating for better and safe working conditions, inclusion of benefits, and political empowerment for construction workers, the union continues to experience government repression for its struggle to organize, to strike, and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
그러나 건설노동자들의 취업과 조직화 및 건설노동자들에 대한 보험적용과 정치적 지위를 포함한 노동조건 개선이라는 측면에서 한국 건설산업연맹이 달성한 놀랄만한 성과들에도 불구하고, 노동조합은 조직화 및 파업, 그리고 단체협약 체결을 위한 교섭의 과정에서 정부로부터 지속적인 탄압을 당하고 있다.
Whereas, the Project was discontinued due to requirements stipulated by SIDA that since South Korea is an OECD country it can no longer receive project funds, BYGGNADS has made a commitment to continue to support the KFCITU.
한국이 OECD에 가입됨으로 해서 더 이상 프로젝트 사업 기금 지원을 할 수 없다는 SIDA의 요청에 따라 기금 지원은 중단되었으나, 스웨덴건설목공노련(BYGGNADS)는 한국의 건설산업연맹에 대한 지원을 계속 이어왔다.
Therefore, we the delegates at the 14th Statutory Congress of BYGGNADS resolve to reaffirm our commitment to support the KFCITU in its struggle for basic fundamental labour rights.
이에 스웨덴건설목공노련(BYGGNADS) 제14차 정기대의원대회의 대표단으로서 우리는 자신의 기본적이며 근본적인 노동기본권 보장을 위한 건설산업연맹의 투쟁을 지지할 것을 재확인한다.
Specifically, we resolved to assist the union in its continuous campaign to urge the South Korean government to implement the recommendations made by the Committee on Freedom of Association of the International Labour Organization in March, 2006.
특히, 우리는 2006년 3월 ILO 결사의 자유 위원회에서 채택된 권고의 이행을 촉구하는 노동조합의 지속적인 활동을 지원하기로 결의한다.
We further resolve to support the union in the current struggle conducted by the Daegu local union, where nine union members have been jailed for exercising their right to strike.
나아가 우리는 파업에 참가했다는 이유로 9명의 조합원이 수감된 대구경북지역건설노조의 최근 파업 투쟁을 적극 지원하기로 결의한다.
We further resolve through SIF and BWI to launch an international campaign until all members of the KFCITU are released from prison and they have the freedom to organize and to strike.
또한 우리는 건설산업연맹 소속의 모든 조합원들이 석방되고 노동조합 조직 및 단체행동의 자유를 가지게 되는 그날까지 스웨덴노총(SIF)과 국제건설목공노련(BWI)를 통해 국제적인 캠페인을 벌여나갈 것을 결의한다.
